2024 RV Dealer Convention/Expo - Nov 11-15 at Paris Las Vegas
Information for Exhibiting, Partnerships, Sponsorships, Advertising and Vendor Training +Plus will be available the first week of April.
- Exhibit Space: Booths will start at $3,600 for members. Vehicle Space $11,960 for a 14x40 space and spotting fees will be about $450.
- Vendor Training +Plus: Exhibitors, Partners, and Sponsors will have the opportunity to conduct an hour-long workshop for attendees on a topic of their choosing. The workshop availability is limited.
TIP: Plan ahead! Decide on your workshop details now so we can add you to the schedule! We will only add you to the schedule once we have all the workshop details.
Fixed Operations Workshops - We are looking to expand the fixed operations content in 2024. If you are interested in participating, me know when you sign up.
- Advertising: Exhibitors, Partners, Sponsors & Vendor Training +Plus Workshops will be highlighted in the August - January issues
of RV Executive Today Magazine.
- Host your Own Reception and Sponsorships: start at $4,500 -$10,000.
- Partnerships: start at the Bronze level for $15,000— Platinum level for $50,000.
2024 Process: Placements for 2024 begin with 2023 Partners, followed by 2023 Sponsors. Once this is complete, an advance notification will go out to all 2023 Exhibitors (generally in late March) to allow them to sign up for 2024. Finally, outreach efforts begin for companies that could not get a booth in 2023, and the rest of RVDA's database of current Associate members.
